CIL Monitoring Report

A local council must use Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) receipts passed to it from developers to support the development of the local council’s area, by funding:

(a) the provision, improvement, replacement, operation or maintenance of infrastructure; or

(b) anything else that is concerned with addressing the demands that development places on an area.

Here is the monitoring report detailing the Marchwood Parish Council's CIL receipts for 2019-20
