Hampshire Constabulary
Hampshire Constabulary
As an organisation the police receive and respond to a huge volume of phone calls, ranging from emergency response to non-urgent general enquiries.

To ensure that the most appropriate response can be given, please choose from any of the following options:

For ALL EMERGENCIES dial 999
Please dial 999 for any incident where life is in danger, at serious risk, or if a crime is in progress or following a road accident where there is serious injury or danger to other road users.

For non-emergency calls dial the force switchboard on 0845 045 45 45 and advise the operator of your needs. In most cases they will put you through to the call handling centre based at Winchester.
