Police have released an e-fit image after a man committed an indecent act in front of a 14-year-old girl in Dibden at approximately 5.45pm on Monday, February 25.
The girl was walking down an alleyway between Challenger Way and Cordelia Road when a man approached the girl from behind.
The girl told the man to go away and carried on walking. When she turned around she saw that the man had his hands in his trousers and was committing an indecent act.
The man did not touch the girl.
The man is described as:
- • Approximately 40 years of age

- 5ft 8ins tall
- Of Asian appearance
• Black balding hair- Brown eyes
•
- Big nose
- Wearing a long sleeved violet coloured shirt, black trousers and black shoes.
