Since the last edition of the Village News the families
from Saint Contest have visited Marchwood. Everybody
had a good time.

The weekend weather was exceptionally good so the visit to the Beaulieu complex and the family get together were held in fine weather.

In October the Association held a quiz in the Village Hall. Over 50 people attended. It was a very convivial evening. Simon and Liz Lee organised the quiz. The next quiz will be held in March 2005.

The Association is very grateful for the support of people from the village.
By the time the next edition of the Village News is delivered to the houses of Marchwood, Liz Lee and Helena Bassham will have visited France.

Liz is hoping to arrange a youth exchange visit and Helena will be enquiring whether there are football, tennis or bridge teams interested in exchanges with Saint Contest.
