Some of you may recall that in August 2004 I lost
my dear husband
Len Bean following his sudden and rapid illness.
During the three
months Len had cancer he was so thrilled with the kindness and
good wishes he received and he was determined not to give in,
right until the very end.
After Len passed away
the kindness and support has continued
and I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf
of Len and my
family, to thank you all so very much.
I write this in the knowledge that you won’t
read it until the Winter edition of the Marchwood
Village News. Please rest assured that
our thanks are as well meant now, as when this was
written and I
know you will continue, as we will, to keep a special
place in your
hearts for Len.
