The Club held its AGM in September and this year, for
the first time, we held a parents five-a-side competition
on the courts at Lloyd Recreation Ground.
Despite poor
weather the competition was fierce with the parents representing
the Under 12’s being the eventual winners. Thank
you to Marchwood Scout Group for the use of the Scout
Hut for the meeting.
We are extremely grateful to our new sponsors; T Stride Brickwork Ltd for the
Under 12 team and Unibell Management Ltd for the Under 11 team. Both teams are
now looking very smart in their new kit. The Club are delighted that these local
companies have offered their support and we thank them for their contribution.
Players needed for our Under 9 team. If you or your child is in Year 4 and is
interested in training with a team ready to play in a league next season then
we would like to hear from you. Please telephone the number given below for more
information.
Referees are needed for our Tyro League matches which are played on Sundays at
10 am and 2 pm. If you are qualified and would be able to help us out we would
be pleased to hear from you.
