2. To receive a report from the District Councillors for the Parish relating to the activities of the New Forest District Council on matters affecting the Parish.

3. To receive a report from the County Councillor for the Parish relating to the activities of Hampshire County Council on matters affecting the Parish.

4. To receive reports from Marchwood Parish Council appointees as follows:

School Governors
Dibden Allotments Charity

5. Open Forum: To consider any matters raised by the electors of the Parish of Marchwood affecting the Parish.

6. Guest Speaker: To be arranged.


Note: A Parish Meeting consists of local government electors for the Parish and you are cordially invited to attend the above meeting. Refreshments will be served after the meeting has closed when Councillors will be available for informal discussion.
