In the last edition of this newsletter we explained that Waterside Heritage was proposing to re-write Waterside - A Pictorial Past in three volumes, one of which would be on Marchwood.

To this end we proposed a meeting of all people who might be interested in helping to produce the volume and indeed other later publications on other aspects of Marchwood’s past.

This meeting was held on the 12th January and a small group was set up. The next meeting will be held on the evening of 25th February when we will start the process of planning the research, areas of responsibility etc.
