Marchwood Village News is a quarterly magazine which is delivered, by a team of local volunteers, to over 2,500 households in the parish.
Sent out at the beginning of March, June, September and December each year, the Village News provides information on local events, community groups, schools, shops, businesses, surveys, exhibitions and lots more.
Input is welcomed, so if you want to place an ad, write a letter, an article or just send in a picture, we are always interested in what is going on in the village and what the local populace are up to.
Recent issues have included such items as tennis lessons for the kids, reports from the council, advice from the NHS, articles from your local MP, scouts group activities, the twinning visits, introduction to our new youth worker and so on, to name but a few.
So, if you want to get your hair cut, tax your car, play bingo, keep fit, train your dog, dine out, go back to school! or need information on anything going on in and around your village - now you know where to start. |
