Paths, Parks and Open Spaces
Last updated on Monday, January 14, 2008 13:23 BST
In addition to the public open spaces at Cork Field and the Lloyd Recreation Ground, the parish has many green areas within the village and two more large open spaces, one at the Village Centre, comprising three fields, behind the village hall and church and one at Oakland's Park also includes Crooked Hayes copse an ancient woodland over 400 years old.
The Marchwood Skate Park looks very good.  The skaters have found the new concrete surface is ultra smooth and mega fast, but it takes a little time to get used to it.

The Mini spine ramp is really good and very popular with all the skaters. There is also a good driveway and a cool launch ramp to a big roll which gives you lots of speed.

This Park is located near Marchwood Recycling Centre outside Marchwood village near Totton, check out if you're near by.
