MINUTES
5. RESOLVED: To confirm the minutes of the meetings held on 6th May and 19th May 2008.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS
6. RESOLVED: To submit observations as follows:
08/92308 – 18 Willow Drive: roof alterations; 4 roof lights in association with new first floor (Variation of Condition 3 & 4 of Planning Permission 90106 to allow rooflights to be clear glass and openable). Refuse, due to loss of privacy to the adjoining neighbouring properties in accordance with policy DW-E1 of the New Forest District Local Plan First Alteration. It is also a breach of the original planning approval that allowed this development providing the velux windows in the first floor remained obscured and fixed shut at all times.
08/92310 – 31 Poplar Drive: two storey rear extension. Support, the proposed extension is to have a slightly larger footprint than the existing conservatory but it will only extend as far as the rear building line of the attached property. The proposal seems to be in accordance with policy DW-E1 of the New Forest District Local Plan First Alteration.
08/92311 – Marchwood Junior School, Main Road: continued siting of classroom (Temporary permission for a period of 4 years). Support, the building provides a valuable classroom to the school. The proposal seems to be in accordance with policy DW-E1 of the New Forest District Local Plan First Alteration.
