The Parish Council meet
bi-monthly, members of the public are welcome at meetings
of the Council and its Amenities, Policy & Resources
and Planning Committees. Meetings are held in the Pine
Room at Marchwood
Village Hall unless otherwise stated on the agenda
(sometimes we use the Oak Room if there is another
booking).
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Parish Council and may speak before the start of the meeting or when the business of the meeting has been concluded.
Copies of the notes to the agenda are available from the Parish Council office on request. |
